AUKOALA 365 days Return & Exchange Policy

Our Customer Service representatives determine eligibility for refunds and exchanges once customers have contacted us and explained their reason in the documents of “Refund_request.doc” & “Exchange_request.doc”. Returning packages without prior approval from Customer Service will halt or delay your return.

FAQ

1. Items eligible for returning & exchanging

All returned items must be in brand-new condition, unused and with original tags and packaging. Requests to return items due to quality issues, damage during shipping, color/style/size error or allergic reaction from use must be accompanied by photos or other evidence that clearly shows the problem with the item received. We reserve the right to charge a handling fee on all items returned for other reasons.

2. My return was processed but I wasn’t refunded my delivery charge?

Shipping is non-refundable, except in cases where we have made shipping error like quality issues, damage during shipping, color/style/size error. We reserve the right to charge a handling fee on all items returned for other reasons.

3. Where shall I down load the document “Refund_request.doc” & “Exchange_request.doc” before I am going to return or exchange my original orders?

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return your item(s) for a refund or exchange within 365 days of purchase according to AUKOALA’s customer friendly return & exchange policy. But you need to pay the return’s shipping fee on your own. Please click “Refund_request.doc” & “Exchange_request.doc” for the document you need.

4. How long does it take for me to get a refund? How I will be refunded?

Once it is received and inspected by the fulfillment centers (usually within 48 hours of receipt), your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your original method of payment within 48 hours. Please note that depending on your credit card company, your credit may take an additional 2-10 business day to reach to your account during the processing time.
