Standard Shipping: the most affordable option ships to most destinations in 7-10 business days. Online tracking is available for this shipping option. The tracking number and the express company website link will be given in about 48-72 hours by email after we received your payment. Expedited Shipping: fastest option ships to most destinations in 3 - 5 business days. Online tracking is available for this shipping option. 1. Is there a process time before my order sends out from your company? How long is it?Yes, it is. Before shipping your order, we have to prepare your products, do strict quality-control tests and carefully package the items. The time it takes to prepare your items for shipping is separated from the delivery time. We will try to short this order processing time within 48 hours.
2. It is urgent that I have to receive the order via Expedited Shipping, how can I do?We are happy to provide our customers with express shipping service. However, there are additional costs to consider before choosing this option. Any customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges, and cannot tell you what the cost would be, as customs policies and import duties vary widely from country to country. We recommend contacting your local customs office for current charges before you order, so you are not surprised by charges you were not expecting.
Notice: If you choose express shipping, please remember to leave your contact number; this is required for express shipping.
In consideration of our customers' benefit, we are forced to ship your order by free shipping way as long as you like. Please understand, however, customs duty is out of our control. We will refund your payment for express shipping to your original payment method within 24 hours. We have been forced to make this change for all our customers, who resided in customs duty countries. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may cause you.
4. Is a APO/FPO/DPO address acceptable?No, we apologize that P.O. Boxes and military addresses (APO, FPO) cannot be delivered. For the US territories, please leave a comment when you placing the order. For example, if you were in Guam, Puerto Rico, you could state Guam, Puerto Rico in the country section. Customers from Brazil should leave a message to provide us your 11-digit CPF as your custom needs it.
